For this tutorial you will need:
A selection of Tubes, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file

Open a New Transparent Image 650 x 450
Foreground Colour #5f4e46 Dark Brown
Background Colour #e6dac0 Cream
Flood fill Raster 1 with Foreground colour
New Layer
Flood fill Raster 2 with Background colour
Remain on Raster 2 for the following set of instructions
Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 50, Left = 0, Right = 650, Bottom = 150
Selections Modify Expand by 1 - Hit Delete on the keyboard
Custom Selection
Top = 165, Left = 0, Right = 650, Bottom = 185
Selections Modify Expand by 1 - Hit Delete on the keyboard
Custom Selection
Top = 400, Left = 0, Right = 650, Bottom = 430
Selections Modify Expand by 1 - Hit Delete on the keyboard
Selections - None
Change Layer Opacity to 80
Select all light strips with Magic Wand
New Layer
Materials Palette - Change Foreground to Texture - Basket - Angle = 0, Scale = 100
Flood fill the selection with Basket Texture
Layer Opacity 70. Mode Normal
Select None

Merge All layers Visible. This is what we have so far

Select all the dark strips with the Magic Wand
New Layer
Copy and Paste Campo-00547.jpg into Selection
Leave those ants marching
Adjust Blur - Motion Blur - Angle = 135, Strength = 75%

Change the Layer Opacity to 60, Layer Mode to Hard Light
Add 5% Noise, Gaussian and Monochrome both checked
Leave the Selection active
New Layer
Effects - 3D Effects - Cut Out
Vertical and Horizontal = 2, Opacity = 30, Blur = 2, Colour Black
Repeat Cut out with Vertical and Horizontal at Minus 2
Selections None
Copy and Paste Great Spirit as a New Layer
Resize 90% this layer only
Layer Opacity 46
Copy and Paste the Vases as a New Layer
Resize 70% this layer only and move to the right. See tag
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 50, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Copy and Paste the Indian Maiden as a New Layer move to the left
Layer Opacity = 95
Apply the same Drop Shadow as the vases
Copy and Paste the Arrow as a New Layer, move into the bottom strip
New Layer
If you are using your own tubes adjust the selection accordingly
For the tubes supplied
Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 5, Left = 5, Right = 250, Bottom = 400
Apply Drop Shadow of Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 50, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Repeat with Vertical of Minus 1, Horizontal of Minus 8
Check and make sure the tube is inside the selection
New Layer
Selection Tool - Custom Selection - Top = 5, Left = 315, Right = 640, Bottom = 400
Apply the same Drop Shadow as above
Check and make sure your tube is inside the selection
If your tubes are larger than mine, resize accordingly
Add a Symmetrical border of 1, Dark Colour
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
