For this tutorial you will need:
A tube and font of your choice. I have included the music tube in the zip file
Download here
DSB Flux Radial Mosaic
Mura Seamless-Shift at Zig Zag
VM Distortion-Tumbler
Eye Candy (3.1 or 4000 will work) Squint
Super Blade Pro (optional)

Open transparent image 500 x 500

Rename the layer to Gradient
Choose two colours from your tube - darker colour Foreground and lighter colour Background

Change the foreground to gradient and choose the Foreground/Background Gradient
Angle 45, Repeats 2
Flood fill the layer with your gradient
Go to Adjust, Add/Remove Noise, Add Noise with these settings: Uniform, checked, 2%

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Rename Tube 1
Resize if necessary, using Bicubic Resampling. We need room all around the tube for effects

Duplicate tube layer, Rename to Tube 2 and hide/close this duplicate layer

Highlight Tube 1 layer
Go to Effects, Plugins, DSB Flux and choose Radial mosaic
Move the sliders until a pattern emerges you like
The settings I used were - Angle 60, Size 25, Tune 50

Go to Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy and apply Squint effect to blur the graphic
Setting around 30 and lower the opacity of this layer to 50%

Duplicate Tube 1 layer
Rename to Mura and resize this layer only to 85% using Bicubic Resampling
Go to Effects, Plugins, Mura's Seamless, Shift at Zig Zag
Here's the settings I used from top to bottom 43/51/28/55/43/108

Settings for shift at zigzag
This gives the streaks. The slider values will be different for the tubes you use. Play with Shift and see what happens

Duplicate this layer, Rename Tumbler
Go to Effects, Plugins, VM Distortion, Tumbler - all settings on 128

Copy and Paste the Music notes as a New Layer, Rename layer to Notes
(This layer should be below your layer Tube 2 which is still hidden)

On the Notes layer, go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast - Brightness 255, Contrast 0, and the notes will turn white

Still on Notes layer, go to Selections, Select all, Selections, Float
Apply a gold Super BladePro Preset of your choosing
You may have to repeat the preset if the gold is too light
If you do not have Super BladePro you can go to Effects, Texture Effects, Sculpture and apply a gold sculpture like the one below

Applying gold sculpture

Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Drop shadow and apply to the Notes layer with the following settings:
Vertical and Horizontal 1, Opacity 70, Blur 1, Colour - Darkest colour from your tube
Selections, Select none

Unhide the Tube 2 layer and place it to your liking
Go to Effects, 3D effects, Drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical 1, Horizontal 8, Opacity 70, Blur 20, Colour - choose a dark colour from your tube

At this point arrange layers to allow all patterns to peek through
If a layer is too dark, lower the opacity

When satisfied, hide the Gradient layer, then go to Layers, Merge visible
Resize Merged layer by 85%, use Bicubic Resampling

Choose your Crop Tool and with the Merged layer highlighted, Crop to Layer Opaque
Still on your Merged layer, choose your Selection Tool, Rectangle, Feather 0, Anti-alias checked draw a selection around a colourful area of your tube

Choose the Text tool with these settings:
Use a fat font, Vector, Line width - 1, Foreground - dark colour from tube then set the Background on Pattern and find the pattern from your image selection

Go to Selections, Selections None

Add your text and pull the nodes to stretch the text to your liking
Once you're happy with your text go to your layer palette, right click and convert to a raster layer
Go to Effects, 3D Effects, Inner bevel with these settings:
Rounded, Width 10, Smoothness 50, Depth 10, Ambience 0, Shininess 20, Angle 315, Intensity 35, Elevation 50, Colour White

bevel settings
Go to Effects, 3D effects, Drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical and Horizontal 1, Opacity 40, Blur 2, Colour - Dark colour from tube

Add a new layer at the very top
Selections, Select All, Flood fill with your text background pattern
(It should still be in the Material Palette as the Background fill.)
Go to Selections, Modify, Contract by 2, hit the Delete key
