For this tutorial you will need:
Some tubes, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file
Download here
Open a Transparent Image 650 x 450 Flood fill with Black
New Raster Layer
Flood this with Black also. You won't see any difference on the image
Effects - Texture Effects - Weave
Gap size 145 - Width 180 - Choose a colour from your tube and use Black for the Gap colour
Layer Opacity 75% or to suit your taste
Image - Resize 90% - Weave layer only
Merge both Layers Visible
Effects - User Defined Filter

Scroll down to Emboss #8 and apply
If you don't have Emboss #8 - enter the values in the little boxes manually

On the same Layer apply Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds
Width 3 - Opacity 32 - Choose a light colour from your tube or use White. Check Horizontal - Check Light from Top
Copy and paste your chosen face tube and use the Mover tool to place on the left side of your image
Resize if necessary. (the face tube supplied - Resize 70%)
Apply 20/20 Mask - Fit to layer checked
Merge Group
Duplicate the face layer
Copy and paste your flower or leaves as a New Layer
Resize if necessary - (Leaf supplied - Resize 85%)
Move into the bottom right corner
See tag for placement
On your leaf layer apply a Drop Shadow
Vertical 1 - Horizontal 15 - Opacity 40 - Blur 30 - Colour a very light colour from your chosen tube
New Raster Layer
Choose the Selection tool and from the Tool Options Bar Choose Custom Selection
Enter the following values:
Top = 22, Left = 454, Right = 620, Bottom = 428
Main Menu Bar: Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders
Check Both - Check Anti-alias - Border Width 2
Choose the Bucket flood fill tool, change the Match Mode to None in the tools option menu

In the Materials Palette change the Foreground to a Gold Gradient
Angle 45 - Repeats 8 - Invert not checked
Flood fill the border
Choose your font, Create as a vector checked
Place your text or name and use the nodes to stretch or reduce text to fit
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 1 - Opacity 100, Blur 1, Use the same colour as the shadow on the tube
Before we add the borders make sure there's enough room on all sides for the border to stand free and not touch any of the other elements
Layers - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All
Choose the Bucket Tool and flood the layer with Gold Gradient
Angle 45 - Repeats 8, invert not checked
Selections Modify - Contract by 4 - Hit Delete on your keyboard
Selections Modify - Contract by 2 - Flood with Gradient
Selections Modify - Contract by 1 - Hit Delete on your keyboard
Check to make sure nothing touches the border
When satisfied, Merge All Layers Flatten.
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
